This is contraversial image becauseits shocking to the muslim. The author is still protective custody. I think the image is contaversial because its true. Many people around the world know that women are being mistreated through religion. Here is a woman who is willing to challenge the muslim tradtion .
They do most of the work while the men watch and do not take responsibility for the woman. They expect the woman to cook, clean and provide food in the house while they do nothing. Two sides to the debate would be most people want to maintain the old tradtions. If you look at the huge number of people who are muslim. Many want to maintain the old tradtions. they want women to continue to have the same responsibility . The other perpective is that women no longer want to be submissive in an independent world. alot of things are chainging around the world. women are becoming more and more independent. Religion should adjust to the current world. There are certain traditions that do not fit in the world today.
The image is contreversial because it is picture of a woman who is chalenging the muslim tradition. Image does not go to far but it represents something that is extremely powerful. people who have read the book, get very emotional when they see a picture, because she's doing something that's never been done before. Most woman exprience the same abuse, but no of them have had the courage to write about islam and the changes they have to make to adapt to current world. Most women except the traditions, they believe its a way of life. Women are not just property woman need to be embraced and taken seriously in every part of the world. I think that men are the gate keepers they keep the world steady under severe or tough time. but woman move the world they make the family, the teach, and lift each child to be better. They provide unconditonal love things that men cant provide. In order for the world to move forward woman have to have an equal contribution. They cannot have equal contribution without equal treatment. Women are important and they should not be held back by any tradtion or religious belief.

The safety of our children on social networking site will always depend on there parents. kids get values from parents. these values that they learn from there parents affects how they make decitions. If parents are not teaching good values at home, then the kids are more likely to make bad decitions. Parents should be more careful of what comes in the home. They have to ensure that they create the proper environment that promote the values that they want for there children.
social networking sites, such as face book or my space cannot prevent people from using there websites. They can monitor specific things such as age, or profile descriptions these are not enough to keep people from finding away around it.the best way for parents to keep there kids safe is to promote the right values at home, monitor and educate themselves about what there kids like to do online.
Parents are in the best postion to affect change with the way there kids use social networking. They make the most decitions in the house. they decide what to eat, they decide what cable company to use. They should pratice the same thing when it comes to there kids,. limit the usage or monitor the usage. teach proper values so that kids dont make the wrong decitions when there on the socail networking sites.
Both authors bring good points to the argument. The author from the first article believe that social networking sites should take action to prevent child molesters from using there sites. I agree more with the second article because the social networking sites are not responsible for controlling who uses there sites. people chose to sign up and you should be more responsible when you decides to be on the site.

Greatness come's from within

If i had to create a bumper sticker that modeled my philosophy on life, it would be greatness come's from within. This is important to me because i believe that sucess is a decision that you make . I used to think that succes was all about listening to others, and doing what they said. For example if my parents said that i should go to school, I would take there word for it, and do exactly as they said. As i grew up it became harder to listen to what they said. I was no longer inspired by their direction .
As a result of this exprience , i decided that if i was going to be successfull it had to be a decision that i make on my own. As soon has i made this choice i began to do things differently. I started going to class on time and performed much better in class. I trully believe that succes comes from within. Our parents are there to guide us so that we can become successful in life, but the decision to be sucessful is a choice that you make on your own.
